  I have been contacting this office on a number of different ways to renew medications that are necessary for the well being of my body. It's a control substance and it's strictly regulating. This office has consistently failed to follow the guidelines of regulation of a controlled substance. They bill my private healthcare insurance incorrectly, they charge for services that are covered, they don't comply with the insurance companies correctly and don't renew medications that are vital for the well being of my body. I don't take pain meds. So it's not that hard to understand. This is an a cumulative problem with the office personnel, but it is the Doctor who needs to make changes. I think people need to file complaints with the Florida Department of Medicine and any other Florida Department of State Regulations of professionals. This is what I have to do, because of the cost this office has caused to me personally. I should be receiving free visits for years for my troubles with this office. Not feeling well.

  Used to be the best place in the area. Dr. Hays is really very good and caring. However, the practice has expanded faster and larger than they probably should have and now it is like a poorly run factory. Prescriptions are not forwarded to the pharmacy , difficult to reach anyone, no one takes any time with you, exams feel like they are half-hearted. Truly a pity. Dr. Hays, if you read this, please make needed changes fast.

  Good luck getting to see Dr. Hays. Stuck with airhead Doctors riding Hays's coat tails. Hays is good. But, you never see him. Office is mismanaged.
