  I first went to Dr Greyhills when I had a loose front tooth, He was very nice, understanding and after which we scheduled an over all exam. After that exam, it was found I would need multiple extractions and dentures but wanted to start with a scaling. After the scaling. the hygentist advised to have medication injected which might help with growth. On that appointment they scaled the teeth again to inject the medication and wouldn't know the overall result for 4 - 6 weeks. We had scheduled a cleaning for 6 weeks later to check on the results. Upon arriving and before she started cleaning. I asked her very politely if we could have applied the medicine after the first time she scaled my teeth so I wouldn't be charged for the additional scaling. She became very defensive as if I was accusing her of un warranted procedures. that was not my intent rather to save costs as I pay in cash. The cleaning was $129.00 which I thought was a little high and when i requested a regular cleaning for a cheaper price the receptionist became defensive as well.The next day I called in to speak with Dr. Greyhills who never responded to me.
