  The worse incompetent customer service with the highest extreme level of dysfunctional illiterates I have ever seen. Barbie doll fake morons who don't know planet they are on. They make a horrible mistake for which they make no effort to apologize or acknowledge their staff screwed up they want to blame the client who was left stranded at the wrong location. Which was transported by palm tran connection and was stuck there at the wrong location The bimbo who made the appointment failed to. Give me the correct address meanwhile after the fact the old office I went to has been closed for three years I am medically disabled with an 86 year old with dementia and now do not know where to turn to. Someone was nice enough, which didn't have to Gave us a ride to the correct location I am walking into this location with major self control only for these yo yos to provoke me even further when I asked for a manager and.never got one only to be told to leave. Not without causing a scene. They screwed up and did nothing right to neutralize this in a positive direction. This is far from over. I going to contact so many role their heads will be spinning for a very long time If the people working the desk don't know what yhru are doing how do u know the eye people do would u trust someone to work on your eyes
