- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When we moved back to Palm Beach County from the Florida Keys, it was very difficult to find a competent vet. Our vet in the Keys was retired from the position of head of veterinary medicine at the San Diego Zoo. When we moved, we tried various local vets and were not pleased with the experience. Luckily, we finally came across Animal Hospital at the Marketplace. Dr. Russo is an extremely competent vet with superb knowledge. We have ferrets and Dr Russo is one of the few local doctors who will care for them. He also attends to our dogs and cats. He is always up-to-date with the latest information. I once mentioned something I had read online, and he pulled the book I was citing right from his shelf! He presents treatment options, with the pros and cons of each, in an unparalleled honest way. He also has an excellent, caring staff. We have been using Dr Russo for over ten years and I would drive 2 hours to go to here if I had to.October 21, 2017by Jeff Dafoe
